Thurs. February 15, 2018 @ The Lure
Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm with the Pledge of Allegiance being said. We had 26 members present.
The minutes from January's meeting were read. Bubba madea motion to accept the minutes as read, Bob Billings seconded it, all approved.
No Treasurer's report was given as Char was on vacation. Bubba reported on routes: pink lathes, that show where signs go, are up on Z, one mile south of 21 to one mile north of 21. Bubba also reported he talked with the Police Chief of Adams and Bubba suggested the routes we would like to see opened.
Bubba went to a meeting at Parker Lake Lodge in Oxford. He met with Erik Edwards, President of South Adams County Road Runners club, Jackson County. They are just starting up their club with approximately 40 members. They talked with Bubba try to get information of what is needed to start a club. Randy Harden from
WATVA was there.
Harold reported on trails. New trails will open this Spring. We won't have maintenance money until July so will be volunteer work but may possibly be able to bank those hours until grant money comes in.
The board approved a 40 in. X 6 ft. utility trailer for $300. Bubba approved this and Ron Peterson purchased it.
There is a change in our calendar. The club picnic has been switched to July 7, 2018 at Ponderosa Pines at NOON.
The map committee has met and are in the process of working on the new maps. The map committee consists of Jim Eidler, Bob Billings, Harold Stewart, Ron Peterson, Larry Bennett and Bubba.
Mo's culvert and black top will be done as soon as weather permits.
Remember, when you chair or co-chair two events, you will receive free dues. Our next meeting will be Thurs. March 15 @ Sherwood Lodge at 6:30 pm. The next board meeting will be March 8 @Lure.

Thurs. March 15, 2018 @ Sherwood Lodge
Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm with Pledge of Allegiance being said. We had a record breaking attendance of 58 members. This is awesome and thank you to everyone for your attendance.
The minutes from February's meeting were read and Bubba made a motion to accept the minutes as read, Sam 2 seconded it, all approved. Bubba welcomed new members.
The Treasurer's report was given. Bill Hicks made a motion to accept the Treasurer's report as given, Ron Fiegle seconded it, all approved.
Jody from Spot in the Woods wants to pay for her own signs going to her establishment as she doesn't have time to have a fund raiser for the club.
Bubba with map committee met Monday might and will meet again Sat. to get the maps started. Bubba is hoping the maps can be finished and back by May 1, 2018.
Work-n-plays will be coming up and there is a lot of work to be done so these trails will be ready to open. The trails will need to be brushed back 14-16 feet. April work-n-play will be at Camelot, May work-n-play will be at Trails End.
Bubba met with Colburn township 2 weeks ago –opening whole township.
Mike Keyser is putting in Course 3 at the golf course (he has 7000 acres) and will be losing trails 3, 10 and 9. This will not happen till 2019.
We will start having order forms for shirts at meetings.
ATV Campground should be in this Spring.
County Z is being widened so they will be making bike lanes. ATV/UTV's are not allowed to ride in bike lanes so stay out of them or you will be fined.
Save your County Market receipts for the club and turn in to any of the officers. The club will receive 1 percent of total receipts then we turn over that money to the Exceptional Citizens of Adams Cty.
The 50/50 took in $191, $96 to the club, $95 to Lloyd Ebert.

Thursday January 18, 2018@ Petenwell Pub
Meeting called to order at 6:30pm. With pledge of allegiance being said. We had 47 members present. The minutes from November were read and Bubba made a motion to approve the minutes as read, Jim Eidler
seconded it, all approved.
The treasurer's report was given. Bubba made a motion to accept the treasurer's report as given, Jim Eidler seconded it, all approved.
The update of the Christmas party: The Christmas party this year was at Dellwood Pavillion. The cost of dinner was $3200. There was a jacket donated from Country Sports and Sally Young won that. We had taken in $606, half $303 went to the club and $303 went to Paul Bonde. We only had 3 complaints- no dessert, no coffee and no salt-n-pepper shakers on the tables.
We welcomed new members Todd and Terry Schwefel and Mike and Barb Jorgensen.
Road and routes: Big Horn Dr.--Beaver Lane is open and signed. Do Not Drive in Bike Lane or you will be fined. Found out 18th Ave. East to Cty. J (18 th Ct.) passed and will cost the club $742 one time signing fee.
Also Cumberland to Z, across Hwy. 21 to Cottonville Dr. also passed. Will cost the club $1257.29.
Colburn township opened whole township/ they are signing their own township with our $300 donation for signage.
South Adams Cty. Roadrunners are starting an atv club and asked Bubba to come to their meeting and talk about what needs to be done to start this club. Their meeting is at Parker Lake Lodge on January 27th @ 10:am.
Our P.R. Guy, Mike Wood went to the Waushara meeting. The 50/50 brought in $185. $93 went to the club, $92 went to winner Terry Schwefel, a new member tonight. Congratulations and welcome.
Our next meeting will be Thursday February 15 at the Spot in the Woods.
Our next board meeting will be at Mo's Feb.8th at 6:pm.
Darren Tolley GPS ed trails, there is map money. Also when maps are made, we had a suggestion that in the laws we should squeeze in about staying out of bike lanes which was a very good idea.

Meeting Minutes - Monroe Prairie ATV/UTV Club Meeting
Saturday, September 16, 2017 @ Sherwood Lodge
Meeting was called to order at 10:00 am with the pledge of Allegiance being said. We had 33 members present.
The minutes were read from the August 19th, , 2017 meeting, Bubba made a motion to accept the minutes as read, Bob Sweet seconded it, all approved.
The treasures report was given.
Jerry Weissinger reported on Trails and Routes, the land use agreement is still not signed. Greg Seaman and Jerry Weissinger wrote a new agreement. The insurance company has not approved it yet.
Jim Sheppard has a meeting scheduled on Monday, September 18, 2017 on the $150.00 application money.
There were approximately 9 people signing Richfield Township. A total of 14 miles was signed. Please ….Stay on signed roads.
Now Colburn Township wants everything opened and asked if the Club could help out with the expense of signs for the trails and routes.
Jerry Weissinger said that the Clubs trails have to be maintained and have to be safe…..also checking on the Club purchasing a grooming drag for the trails.
Gary Gevers from the Sno-Bandits talked about the restoration plan, all land south of Badger, they want to remove the pine plantation.
We wished Char Brockman, our Club treasurer a Happy Birthday.
The Chamber of Commerce sent up an Appreciation Certificated.
Scott Olson has be out working on grooming the trails on his own time and expense.
Bubba made a motion to give Scott Olson a Free Membership paid this year through 2018. Ron Peterson seconded the motion and all approved.
The Club took in $115.00 for the 50/50 raffle. $58.00 went to the Club and $57.00 went to Jim Eidler
Today was the last Saturday meeting this year. The next meeting will be on Thursday night, October 19, 2017, at the Lure at 6:30 pm.

Monroe Prairie ATV Club Meeting
Meeting was called to order at 10:00 am with the Pledge of Allegiance being said. We had 34 members present.
The minutes from July’s meeting were read. Bubba made a motion to accept the minutes as read, Joe Havlik seconded it, all approved.
There was no treasures report given.
Jerry Weissenger reported the Hwy. committee approved Cty D in Rome to 9th Avenue , Cty Board has to approve it yet. The route and application was approved but the Hwy commission didn’t like the format so it will be brought back to the Hwy meeting on September 19th. Jerry Wiessinger & Darren Tolley are working with Meteor Timbers on a land use agreement. Thank You Jerry & Darren for your hard work.
Jim Sheppard sent out 26 Certified Letters (majority on Hwy J). A Public hearing is scheduled on September 11, 2017 at 6:30 pm at the Town Hall of Strongs Prairie.
Bubba & Mike Bain met up with members of Richfield Township and Marquette Country ATV Club members and did the routed signing of Richfield. We can now get into Marquette County routes from Adams Cty.
Thank you Ron Peterson for purchasing cameras, card readers and batteries for the trail surveillance system.
Thank you Mike Wood for all your hard work on flyers and getting email mailings underway. He is still working on this.
Badger Avenue trails are open. “STAY ON THE TRAILS”. Harold reported: Trail 1 south – they are logging, PLEASE do not get in their way.
Larry Bennette reported on his Poker Run/Pizza Party had 55 riders and 58 for pizza. Over $400.00 for prize money collected. Mike Wood won $101.00 from the 50/50 drawing. Thank you Larry.
Candy and Jim Eidler had a Poker Run on June 3rd. 39 people, $150.00 in prizes. Thank you Jim & Candy.
The Scavenger Hunt that was scheduled for August 26, 2017 was canceled because there was nobody to chair the event.
Bill & Anne Klinkner planned a “Trail & Route Rally”. Everyone to meet at the Inn of the Pines at 11:00 am on Saturday August 26, 2017. A meal will be served before the ride.
The “Bear & Coon Hunt” will be held on Saturday, September 23rd, 2017 @ Trails End Bar & Grill. Registration at 6:00 pm.
The Wagon Wheel donated $100.00 to our Club and also wants to put up a sign board.
The Halloween Ride is scheduled for Saturday, October 28th 2017 at Pineland Campground. Registration at 6:00 pm.
Our next club meeting will be at Sherwood Lodge on September 16, 2017 at 10:00 am.
Jim & Candy Eidler did the 50/50 drawing. Took in $140.00. $70.00 to the Club and $70.00 to Jerry Marks.

Meeting called to order at 6:30pm with the Pledge of Allegiance
being said. We had 38 members present.
The minutes from January's meeting were read. Bubba made a

Bob Sweet made a motion to accept the treasurer's report
as given, Candy Eidler seconded it, all approved. The books were
balanced by directors on Monday February13, 2017.
No P.R. Committee report as Jim Sheppard is gone to Califor-
Inn of the Pines trail is open May 1st not May 19 like past years.
All the trails will be open May 1st.
Trail number 5 is now a two-way trail for this year. Don't know
after this year.
We will have Bentley Hills for 2017 but don't know after that.
The Bear & Coon hunt is on September 23rd at Trail's End.
Also the club picnic will not be at Pineland Campground this year
as there was a scheduling problem. Pineland needed to know before
our schedule of events was done so they did not have an opening for us.
Because of this the board has decided we will make out the schedule
of events before the end of the year or at least the first 6 months so we
don't run into this problem again. The board will also be sending
letters to the businesses that are members asking what events they want.
So this year our Club Picnic will be at Trail's End on August 5th,
2017 at noon.

Thursday March 16th, 2017 @ Cedar Shack
Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm with Pledge of Allegiance
being said. We had 29 members present. The minutes from February's
meeting were read and Ron Peterson made a motion to accept the
minutes as read with corrections, Bubba seconded it, all approved.
The treasurer's report was given.
Bubba made a motion to accept the treasurer's report as
given, Jerry Marks seconded it, all approved.
Bubba met with the Trap Range. They want atv/utv trails on their
property. They will be an official loading and unloading site. The club
will do the signing and the Trap Range will maintain the trails. The
Trap Range will be putting in the new trails and we will GPS them.
The trails will be on the west side of highway 13 and east of the trap
The Work-n-Play on April 29th, 2017 will be working in Preston.
All signs have to be raised. Remember you will be meeting at the Inn
of the Pines.
The Transfer site trail in Strongs Prairie(9/10th of a mile next to
Bubba's house will have to have to be worked on. Bubba will need
to ask Chuck Roberts to come in there to work.
We have new stickers coming. It has been changed to Monroe
Prairie ATV/UTV Club.
All trails will open May 1st instead of May 19th .
Jim Sheppard reported Tuesday March 21st,2017 there will be a
Town Board meeting. Also the new website is open and updated now.

lottery. We give the money to the Exceptional Citizens of Adams
County. So Please SAVE and turn in to any officer. Thank you! ` It was reported for 2016, for the whole state of Wisconsin, there
were 22 deaths on snowmobiles.
Club member, Mary Firari, is running for town board in Quincy.

Carlson's Rustic Ridge agreed to open to ATV travel.

Bucky's Brick Oven Eatery.
